Characteristics of carbon fiber (CF for short)plate:

1. Light weight and high strength

Specific gravity of CF plate is 1.4-1.5 g/cm3, which is 1/4 of the steel's. The plate is quite convenient to transport, process and assembly. The plate's strength is dozens of times of the plastic products'. Therefore, light weight and high strength are the outstanding features of CF composite materials.

2. Corrosion resisting, anti-aging, long lifetime, -resisting, alkali-resisting, salt-resisting. In anti-corrosion field, it has incomparable superiority than metals, and also relatively good water resistance and age resistance. Therefore, CF composite plate could keep working for over 15 years in corrosive environment, hostile open air or humid environment.

3. Good safety, favorable impact strength, high availability to be designed, fine conductivity, no magnetism, no spark, nice anti-fatigue performance, capable to pass the flame retardant process based on consumers' requirements, able to bend repeatedly without deformation. Otherwise, it could be custom-made to different sections according to consumers' requirements.
